Refund Policy

Because wallpaper packs are digital content delivered immediately, the 14-day right of withdrawal ends once you have consented to immediate delivery at checkout and the download becomes available.

We will still help if something is wrong:

• Files are corrupt, incomplete, or do not match the description — contact us within [30] days at [CONTACT EMAIL] with your order number. We will replace the files or refund you.
• Charged twice / payment error — contact us and we will refund the duplicate charge.
• Never received access — use "Recover my downloads" or contact us; we will re-send your link.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe. When a refund is issued, the download links for that order are deactivated.
