2. Products

We sell downloadable digital wallpaper packs ("Digital Content"). No physical goods are shipped. Each product page describes the number of images, resolutions, formats and supported devices.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the product page and include VAT where applicable [adjust to your VAT status]. Payment is processed by Stripe. An order is only accepted once Stripe has confirmed the payment.

4. Delivery

After a confirmed payment you receive immediate access to your files on the order page and by email. Download links are limited to [N] downloads per file [and expire after N days] — see the order page.

5. Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, this right is lost once delivery begins if you have given your prior express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. At checkout you are asked for this consent; a confirmation is included in your order email. See the Refund Policy.

6. Licence

Purchased files are licensed, not sold, under the Digital Product Licence.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content.

8. Complaints and disputes
